Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or refund. After this period, unfortunately, we can’t accept your request.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • It must not be damaged or missing parts.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Certain products cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Personal care or intimate products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Customized or made-to-order items

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us directly by email at {your email} with photos as evidence. We will offer you a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

Sale Items

Products purchased on sale or promotion are non-refundable unless they are defective.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method you used during purchase. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be a processing delay.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at {your email}.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in cases of defective or wrongly delivered products. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items. ACM Bazar is not responsible for returns lost by the carrier.
